Richard fosters trust within the therapeutic relationship, offering a non-judgmental and compassionate approach, tailoring treatment plans to each client's unique needs. Richard specializes in working with individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, drawing from evidence-based methods like dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and strengths-based approaches.
